IceFest 2008 Soap Sculpture
winners were announced during Icefest at 10AM on Saturday,
February 2 at the Butler County Courthouse Gazebo in
Hamilton, OH. Division winning soap sculptures were on display during
in the window of the Key Bank Building at the
corner of High and Second Streets.
